What type of information we have
We currently collect and process the following information:

- We have contacted you to obtain your opt-in consent that you wish to be added to our marketing mailing list in order to receive an occasional newsletter.

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to:

(c) keep a record of personal data for insurance purposes, e.g. if we have work experience placements.
(c) maintain an opt-in mailing list which we use to send occasional newsletters.
(d) improve our website content and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
We may share this information with external organisations if we are required to do so for regulatory or legal reasons.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored at our registered business address in Stevenage. We also maintain secure off-site backups for disaster recovery. These are kept in a UK-based cloud storage location which uses end-to-end encryption.
We keep names and contact details related to business relationships until you ask us to delete them, unless a regulatory or legal reason prevents us from doing so. We review our contact database approximately every 18 months in order to delete any defunct contacts and to update existing contact details. If you apply to us for employment but we don’t have any suitable positions, we will keep your CV on file in case of future requirements. We maintain HR-relevant records including CVs for a period of 6 years in accordance with government regulations. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our file system. The data will be deleted from our backups within a week.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
